The Ring Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase at The Ring bring it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Excludes any special order jewelry.

Diamond, Solitaire Earrings, or Solitaire Pendant Upgrade: 

At any time after buying your engagement ring (center diamond and mounting), solitaire earrings, or solitaire pendant you are eligible for our diamond upgrade. This upgrade gives you the flexibility to go from a lab grown diamond to a mined diamond, a larger diamond, a diamond that has a better clarity or color grade, or any combination of the 4-Cs that make up the rarity value of a diamond. At the time of the upgrade you will get the full retail price back on your already purchased diamond to put towards the purchase of the new diamond; we only ask that the new diamond is $1 more than the one you are trading in. Any fluctuations in the diamond market do not affect your diamond’s value when upgrading.

There are so many things to worry about when you are first getting engaged and married; at The Ring we don’t think your engagement ring should be one of those things. When you buy your engagement ring (center diamond and mounting) with us we take care of it for life. This includes, but is not limited to, accent stone replacement, prong re-tipping, sizing, and refurbishing. The center diamond is also covered against chipping or cracking for life. We stand behind the quality of our mountings, and if you lose your diamond from your mounting within the first 5 years, we will replace it. This warranty is nontransferable.
